1. Acceptance of Terms

By using brandjoint.vip you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services Overview

brandjoint provides three types of offerings: Services, Info Products, and Goods. Each category is governed by its own purchase and usage rules as described below.

3. Services

Services include personalized campaign management, consultation sessions, and analytics support. Unless otherwise stated, Services are subject to scheduling and availability. You may request to reassign or reschedule a Service in accordance with our policies.

4. Info Products

Info Products include eBooks, guides, and video tutorials designed to optimize your collaborations. Access is granted immediately upon completion of purchase. Usage is governed by a single-user license unless specified otherwise.

5. Goods

Goods include branded merchandise and physical items sold through our marketplace. All Goods remain the property of brandjoint until shipped. Delivery times may vary based on location and stock levels.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Refund requests for Services must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days. You may opt to transfer your scheduled Service to a different date or assign it to another team member without additional fees. Certain premium consultation packages are non-refundable due to immediate allocation of expert resources and reserved time slots; this ensures dedicated availability.

6.2 Info Products

Info Products are eligible for refunds within 14 days of access provided that less than 20% of the content has been consumed. All approved reimbursements will be issued within 5 business days.

6.3 Goods

Physical Goods may be exchanged or reimbursed within 30 days of receipt if they remain in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective. Refunds for defective items will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation.

7. Limitation of Liability

brandjoint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
